În semn de încredere că poți cumpăra de la noi în siguranță, îți oferim o perioadă extinsă de retur de 30 de zile. Dacă totuși te răzgândești sau nu ești mulțumit de achiziția ta, poți returna produsele în magazinele noastre și vei primi rambursarea contravalorii produselor, conform prețului indicat pe bonul fiscal.

Pentru a beneficia de retur, vino în magazine cu produsele în stare intactă, fără urme de utilizare, împreună cu ambalajele acestora și bonul fiscal, în termen de maxim 30 de zile de la achiziționarea acestora. Vom procesa rambursarea contravalorii produselor în numerar, indiferent de modalitatea în care a fost efectuată plata (în numerar, card de credit / debit).
